Does the brush scratches or dulls floors?
No, it doesn't. The brush works great on hard floors without any damage to it. It is also recommended to test an inconspicuous area of a sensitive surface before using an accessory on it.

The main body of the A11 weighs 3.3 lbs or 1.5 kg. Depeneding on the attachments that you use on your vacuum, the whole unit can weigh up to 5.51 lbs or 2.5 kg.

What is the difference between A11 Hero and A11 Master?
A11 master has additional Full-size LED soft-roller power brush, Soft dusting brush, Flexible extension hose, Flexible multi-angle tube and Long soft crevice tool compared to A11 hero.

Is the filter replaceable or can it be washed?
Yes, it's replaceable and can be washed. The included rinse-free pre filter cleaning tool even provides an cleaning experience against filter rinse & dry hassle. We recommend customers replace the filter every half year. The separate filter is also available on Amazon.

Does it has the function to avoid static electricity shock?
Yes! The special design of main body handle can avoid such static electricity shock.

What height does the wall-mounted dock need to be installed at?
The recommended installation height of the wall-mounted dock is any height where the brush attached to the main body is not touching the ground. Typically this is roughly around 4 feet or 123 cm from the ground.

How long should I charge the battery?
Before the first use, please charge the appliance for 3-4 hours. The A11 has the battery protection function, so it's okay to leave the unit on the powerhouse after it is fully charged.
